GENERAL
As all my items are handmade, they are unique and cannot always be replicated exactly and so there may be small variations in the stone or finish.
All item prices are listed in Great British Pounds and inclusive of VAT and delivery costs (see below).
Sue Lewis Design is registered in the United Kingdom with our registered office and main trading address at Japan House, Japan Crescent, London N4 4BB.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All the prices are shown in GBP (sterling). Goods are charged at the price stated on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. In the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. Sue Lewis reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
I accept payment for items purchased through my online shop by PayPal only.
If you would prefer to make payment for an item over the phone by debit or credit card, please contact me to arrange this.
DELIVERY
Where available in stock, items are shipped within 2 working days of purchase.
All items will be delivered using Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class delivery.
All items are carefully packaged and sent in an unbranded padded envelope.
We do not currently ship to addresses outside the UK.
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you have the right to return the item and request a refund within 14 days of receipt. Please notify me by email before returning the item.
The item must be in its original packaging, in an unworn condition, and must be returned within 5 days of the refund request to be eligible for a refund. You, the buyer, assumes the cost of return shipping.
No exchanges are permitted.
BESPOKE JEWELLERY
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all bespoke items of jewellery. The remaining 50% may be eligible for a refund in certain circumstances.
Changes to the initial design brief and specification must be notified and agreed by both parties.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Stated sizes are accurate within reason. Variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the goods. Colours may vary due to variations in computer monitors.
REPAIRS
Repairs will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have placed the item under extreme conditions that are beyond everyday use, or if it is general wear and tear, then the item is not eligible for repair.
COPYRIGHT
Sue Lewis Design retains copyright of all designs, photography, text, and other content on this website, actionable in law for any breaches. If you would like to feature fully credited images of my work in the media, please contact me to request permission.
